Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs Spray Review! ++ 2$ OFF COUPON!

Hello everyone. Today (or tonight I should say) I wanted to give you a quick review of the Sally Hansen Airbrush Spray Tan Review. I got mine awhile ago maybe 2 years ago and I now I finally know how I want to say this.

I don't like it! Now That is for the spray, for me since I am white as milk, it was just too orange for me and splotchy. It was probably because I didn't exfoliate before hand but I do think that the lotion would be a lot better. I did purchase mine in the lightest shade at the time. But I just didn't like this product and it would not be something I would repurchase unfortunately. Now I do love the airbrush foundation and all of Sally Hansen's nail polishes but that is 2 whole other reviews by themselves.

If you are a brave soul I do have coupon for you guys if you really do like this product or if you want to try it out yourself!! HERE IS THE LINK.

I want to thank you guys so much for reading and I will talk to you all later. I have been very busy, so I do want to apologize for the lack of blogs!

3-in-1 Review of Garnier, MAC & Revlon!

Hey guys it has been awhile since I have posted a video or even a blog! Which is just so crazy but if you want to see more new and exciting updates about me watch my new video.  LINK HERE

So first things first I am going to talk about the Revlon Colorstay Concealer in 02 Light. Which I do have to say is a little to dark for me but I made it work. This shade has a yellow undertone to it and is full coverage. This product does crease under the eyes but a little setting powder wont let that happen! I love using this as a highlighting product to make you look more awake. I love the formulation and how it blends out like a dream! I would use a sponge to blend this out underneath my eyes in a patting motion and to cover blemishes I applied and blended it out the same way. It covers up redness wonderfully. It is a very good product but there aren’t very many shades in the line. PUT AMAZON LINK HERE. This retails for $8.99 on Amazon.

For the Garnier Nutrisse Moisture Rescue for Normal/Combo skin, is a really great moisturizer for teens, pre-teens or really anyone new to the skincare world. I really recommend this because it absorbs quickly. If you have dry patches that aren’t noticeable to you then this is perfect. It hydrates just enough, but it doesn’t make you look oily. This is actually the second bottle I have went through. I like the fact that it is a gel formula and that it is transparent because you have really thick foundations that just need to be a little more on the liquid side you can just add in a little of this and it just makes it to the consistency you need and doesn’t change the shade of the foundation. It smells like cucumber and aloe which is nice and soothing and I love the cooling effect it gives me in the morning.  WALMART LINK HERE. This retails for $6.79 at Walmart.

Okay last but not least is the amazing MAC Penultimate Eyeliner. Now in the video I said that this retailed for $19.00, well it went up (but only a dollar) so it is now $20.00. Which is still good for a MAC product. I really love this eyeliner because like I said in my video, it is 100% FOOL-PROOF! I mean if you cant achieve the wing eyeliner (which neither can I ) you NEED this in your life. This is going to save you time and frustration. You will definitely get your perfect wing on the first try, on both eyes. I use this every single day and I love it! MAC LINK HERE.

What do you want me to review next? Leave it in the comments here or on my video which is à  LINK TO VID HERE

Shellac and Gel Reviews China Glaze, CND & ASP!

Hey guys I hope you are all enjoying your wonderful Wednesday! I am currently laying in bed waiting for my boyfriend to get off work and then it will be movie time hopefully! lol I made some delicious snow ice cream which I love right now. Since for some weird reason there is like 3 inches of snow outside before Thanksgiving but whatever, I get some amazing ice cream from it! Lets get on with the review shall we?...

Okay so I am going to start by talking about the CND Shellac (since I only own 2 bottles) . But to clarify I am reviewing the colors and also the longevity and things like that. You know me I love being in depth! haha

Okay so the first color is called Clearly Pink. Basically it is a clear pink, mainly used for french manicures. Now the second color I own is called Cake Pop. This is a very light lilac pink and I LOVE IT! It is so creamy and pigmented. Although when you apply it, it is streaky so beware of that! For CND's formula it is very thick (which is good) and it stays in place for the most part it doesn't seem to pull away from the tip of your nail, but it does seem to spread more which can be bad if you aren't careful. I really do enjoy CND's packaging but it is very deceiving..meaning it looks like clearly pink is going to be a light nude/peach shade but it obviously isn't. Now I know it clearly states it in the name but hey some clients don't read the name lol! CND lasts for about 2 weeks if you have avoided doing yard work and dishes. This product retails for about $15.00. The size of this product is .25fl oz or 7.3mL. What I really do like about this is that the brush is like a normal polish brush. Sometimes I find that the brushes are really short and just hard to work with but these I have no problem with! You can buy Clearly Pink HERE and Cake Pop HERE. Now keep in mind these need to be cured in a LED light or UV light.

Now onto the next brand which is ASP. This is actually a great find for me! I found these at my local Sally's Beauty Supply and they are only $9.99 I believe and they are really great quality. Right now their color selection isn't great because they are new this year to the company. The formulation is great and the pigmentation is spot on! The first color I want to talk about with you is Tease Me Turquoise which is a beautiful turquoise and is literally opaque within one coat. I mean I still apply the second layer but that is great, It isn't even streaky or anything which I love! It has a beautiful shimmer to it which is very fine. The next color is I'm Royalty Purple which is a dark plum color with gold and purple fine shimmer in it. The next color is called Passionate Pink which is the typical barbie pink with a gold shimmer to it. The brushes on these are wider than the CND brushes which is what I prefer. The consistency of this product is just like nail polish a little thicker but not much. Now you might all be thinking well for 9.99 they must be a lot smaller than CND and actually they are bigger. You get .30 fl oz or 9mL which is great! For the packaging I really do like it, it is nice and simple and is actually showing the true color. Now I have two more colors which is White Hot and Black Beauty...yes you guessed it a cream white and a cream black. They are both really great and super pigmented, not streaky even though it is a cream finish and OMG they are perfect! So the only thing I noticed that was a lot different from any of the polishes I am about to talk to you about is the smell. CND just smelt like regular polish now these ones just have a distinct smell to them..it almost smells a little more chemically to them so I'm not sure why that is but they are great! Plus since you can purchase these at Sally's if you have a card you can get them for $8.99 or if you are a pro they are $7.99! Purchase your ASP Gel Polishes HERE.

For the last brand I am going to be talking about and that is China Glazes Gelaze. Now these are basically China Glazes permanent and popular shades turned into a Gel formula! These retail for $11.99 and they are .33fl oz or 9.76mL. So you are getting more than CND and ASP but you are going to pay more than ASP and a little less than CND. So as far as the colors that I own I have Orange Knockout, Celtic Sun, Pink Voltage and In the Lime Light, these are all bright neon's which are perfect for the summer. These are again mostly opaque except for Celtic Sun. I also have Re-Fresh Mint and Peachy Keen which are two pastel shades. For this formula they are all pretty opaque and they are the same consistency as the ASP, like nail polish but a little thicker. These polishes also seem to have a different smell to them as well so maybe it just depends on the formulation. Now these polishes do pull away from the tip very badly so I suggest flash curing them in the light for 30 seconds or something. You can also get these at Sally's so again i you have the card you can get them for $10.99 and if you are a pro even less! I really do enjoy the packaging though, the outside actually looks like what you are getting and it is cute with the white caps! Purchase your Gelaze Polishes HERE!

So guys I am going to list my favorites in order best to worst. So my top favorite is ASP then CND and then Gelaze. The reason for that is because ASP is affordable and great quality and then CND is great quality but a bit more pricey and then Gelaze because it pulls away from the tip a lot! The formulation for Gelaze just needs a lot of work.

Let me know if you guys would like to see a review on the Red Carpet Gel Polishes because I have like a ton of those polishes that could literally only fit on one post! haha Anyways have a great Wednesday. <3 Emily

2013 VioletVoxBox Influenster Reveal!!

Hey guys I am so excited to be able to share this fun blogpost with you! Why don't you head on over to my YT channel CLICK HERE just in case you don't like reading and the video for my unboxing should be up on Sunday the 8th of December! But anyways lets go ahead and jump into this post!

So the first thing I saw at the top of my box was the Montagne Jeunesse Face Mask. These as we all might know are very affordable and most of they time they work well. The one that I recieved today was the Red Earth Clay Spa in the scent Pomegranate and Cinnamon, which I thought was perfect for Christmas. Now that I am looking over the packaging it says that it is a Clay Infused Fabric which means all you have to do is apply the fabric, which all in all it won't be as messy which is great! :D I have not tried it yet and I think I might just check it out tonight. This mask is also supposed to give you a deep cleanse and I could use that right now! :) These retail for $2.49.

The second thing I saw in my box was a SoyJoy bar, now I have tried this product and they do retail singularly for $0.99. The flavor I got was Cranberry. When I took my first bite it was good, it reminded me of a fig newton but then I took a second bite and it wasn't good at all. The packaging said it was moister and it definitely was not! It was very dry and crumbly. The bar contained 140 calories there was 4g of protein and 18g of Carbs and I believe there were only like 12g of Sugar, but I am pretty sure it was all natural sugar from the berries. Also this product is gluten free. I would recommend you try this if you are in a need of a quick snack.

The next thing in my VoxBox was the Not Your Mothers Clean Freak dry shampoo. I have tried this product a few times and so far I am liking it! It smells nice and clean and fresh and really does absorb the oils in your hair. If you have darker hair though BEWARE because it will show up white if you don't blend it in! This item retails for about $5.99.

This item I am not too impressed with it is the Goody Athletique Ouchless Headwrap. It retails for $6.00. Now this product does have a few pros, like that it is reversible and it also has that quick dry material. but it slides every where. So I don't really like that it moves all over the place, but I figured that would happen anyway. The color that I got was purple/gray. It is ok and probably good for working out. :)

The very last item that I was soooo excited to see in here was the Sally Hansen Triple Shine full size nail polish in the shade Dream Sequins. I purchased a few for christmas but I haven't been able to try them yet, since they are for christmas. But this color is a beautiful copper glitter shade. The glitter is fine and just gorgeous! The brush is exactly like the Sally Hansen 5 in 1 Salon Manicure. It is nice and wide and curved around the base of the brush so you can get back to the cuticle area! :) I have not swatched it or used it yet but I will soon! This retails for $4.99.

So that is everything in the Violet VoxBox for 2014. If you want to see upcoming reviews of these products then go check out my channel! :) Videos for all of the products will be coming soon!

Love ya! <3

Coastal Scents Hot Pots + SWATCHES and MAC Dupes and Review!

Hey guys! If you haven't seen my haul video for this then CLICK HERE. If your here because of the haul video then welcome! lol If you'd like you can subscribe to my blog and all that fun stuff! But lets get on with the pictures, shall we? :) If you would like to purchase these then CLICK HERE! Ok lets get started dolls!

So first off to begin on the website it says that Hot Pots are a 1-inch metal pan and that If you get one of their customizable palettes they will magnetize to them! These normally retail for .1.95 each but right now they are on sale for .99 and shipping was only about 3.00!! So go and get you some eyeshadows girls!! :) <3

Ok so the first color I picked was Peachy Copper.
Out of all the ones I ordered this was one that I could have lived with out. It is on the sheer side and it also has a lot of fall out to it. It is very similar to the other one I got called Bright Copper which I will talk about later on. Overall I would'nt recommend purchasing this one but any of the others are fabulous!
Here is a swatch of Peachy Copper: These are taken outside on an overcast day. It does have a nice amount of pigmentation but it just had a lot of fall out issues. The color is very buildable. On the website the color is described as a shimmery light copper hue and that is exactly what it is. It does state on the website that it is Semi-Opaque, which is exactly right. Also someone down below in the review section said that it is very similar to MAC's expensive pink.

The next one I choose was Bright Copper:
So compared to Peachy Copper I would definitely recommend you getting this one. They are very similar but this one is more opaque and very smooth and easy to blend. This could also be a dupe for MAC's expensive pink. But I love this one and it is seriously one of my favorites!
So here is a swatch of Bright Copper. On the website they desscribe the color as a metallic copper hue with a shimmer finish. It is beautiful and prefect for the fall time. I can't explain enough to you guys how amazing they are!! :)

Moving on to Amber Bronze:
Again I love this color it is amazing. They describe this as a rustic bronze hue with a shimmer finish and it is super opaque. I think that this is a great bronze shade for fall and again it is so smooth! I love it.
So here is Amber Bronze swatched. Again all of my swatches were taken outside on an overcast day. But this just has a great bronze sheen to it and super opaque as you can see!

Next is Aluminum Taupe:
This is another one of my all time favorites! I love this color sooooo much. On the website it is described as a sark, metallic silver hue with a shimmer finish and I somewhat agree with that but this color isn't dark. It is like a metallic silvery taupe and I am just in love with it. It is just perfect for me haha! :)
So here it is swatched and I just love the satin finish it has. They describe it on the website as Semi-Opaque which I would agree with but these is no fall out issues for this one. The color is also very buildable! It is a great basic color to have in your collection, I think anyway!

Next is Sunset Gold:
This is a very opaque creamy color! I love it and super easy to blend. This gold is more on the orange side and it is again great for the fall time.
Here is Sunset Gold swatched. On the website it i described as a golden bronze hue with a shimmer finish. Which is how I would describe this color too. Very smooth and a really great color especially if you aren't a fan of a brighter yellow like 18 Karat Gold is, which I will be talking about next. Also on a few reviews about this color on the website they said that it was like MAC's Amber Lights and I do agree with that!

Ok so here is 18 Karat Gold:
As you can see compared to Sunset Gold it is a lot brighter and more of a yellow gold. This one again, very pigmented and no fall out. It is so smooth and I just really like this color fall.
Here it is swatched. It has a great metallic finish to it and they describe this color as a glistening gold hue and they also say that it is Semi-Opaque but it is extremely Opaque, haha. :) LOVE, it will really help to brighten up your eyes too!

Next is Wine Berry:
This is absolutely beautiful! I love this color again one of my top favorites. It is great for fall and just beautiful an very opaque. LOVE IT!!! I definitely recommend getting this, if you are looking for a color like this!
Here is Wine Berry swatched it isn't super bright and it is a perfect transition color for any burgundy or plum shades you might have. On the website they describe this as a magenta hue with a shimmer finish and it is exactly that. This is again very smooth and just absolutely beautiful!!

Next one which is a tie for the top spot (LOL) called Raisin Berry:
This is absolutely stunning and I just love it. This is my definition of fall in one eyeshadow right here! LOL It is a beautiful burgundy and VERY opaque.
Here is Rasin Berry swatched! I love it and very opaque as you can see. On the website they describe it as a maroon hue with a shimmer finish! I definitely recommend this if you are looking for the perfect burgundy.

Last but not least is Raspberry Tart and this is tied with Raisin Berry for my top fave:
I can't get enough of this color it is a gorgeous plum with hints of lilac and AHH I love it LOL! :) It is very opaque as well and again no fall out issues with this one either just absolutely perfect for a plum eye!
Here it is swatched! They describe this one as a reddish-violet hue with a metallic finish. They also say that it is Semi-Opaque but I disagree. It is super opaque. I definitely recommend this one for anyone looking for a great unique plum shade!

Sample in True Love Quad:
They sent me a sample of (from left to right) Camel Taupe, Wishy Washy, Berry Grey and Steel Grey

Here is Camel Taupe swatched:
It is a great medium taupe brown and I really like it, the color is very buildable. It is described on the website as a creamy, warm brown with a satiny finish. It is very smooth and I definitely recommend this for an everyday brown!

Here is Wishy Washy swatched:
Now this one I don't really recommend, it is extremely sheer. The formula is very smooth and on the website they describe it as a muted grey hue in a matte finish. They also state that it is Semi-Opaque but I found that the color wasn't very buildable.

Next is Steel Grey which is my favorite:
I love this color so much it is very Opaque and the formula is perfect, very smooth and blendable. On the website it is described as a deep metallic grey with a shimmer finish. I LOVE it and I am definitely getting the full size.

Finally we have Berry Grey:
This is Berry Grey swatched. It is nice and opaque but a bit sheer, the color is very buildable and I really like it. It is described on the website as a soft shimmery black with a subtle hint of burundy and brown undertones. I really like this and also recommend this as well. It is a great everyday black!

Tell me in the comments what your favorite shade was!! :) Thank you so much for your support and taking some time out of your day to read this!! :)

Drugstore Concealer Review! *Video Coming Soon*

Hey guys, so I haven't posted on here in forever! So I wanted to get back to blogging before I get super busy again, I am bringing you a drugstore concealer review. Now I did not take these pictures, I just don't have the products except for a couple so I needed to look them up, sorry about that. But thank you all for you support it means so much to me. I love you guys and have a blessed day, now on with the review!

Okay so the first product I wanted to talk about is Garnier Nutrisse Anti-Dark Circle Roller:
This retails anywhere from 10.99 to 13.49. This can be found at any drugstore or Target as well! I love this product a lot! It covers up my dark circles really well and this is what I would call medium coverage, which is great and the best I have tried in the drugstore. Now the only con that I have found with this is that there is only 2 shades, a sheer tint (which is the one I use) and there is one for medium/deep skin as well. So it won't suit everyone unfortunately. This has a caffeine gel which wakes you up in the morning and the gel absorbs into the skin quicker. It blends really well and a plus is the roller ball applicator. The roller ball is supposed to help energize and stimulate micro circulation. Also there is lemon essence in the formula to help brighten. Overall I really recommend this and I love this product a lot. As a side note I also use this on any blemishes or red ares I might have and it covers them really well! Give this product a try!

Next I want to talk about the L'oreal Paris True Match Super Blendable Crayon Concealer:
This comes in 6 different shades and retails anywhere from 7.99 to 8.99. You can pick this up at any local drugstore and places like Target. Now for me I dislike this product a lot. I don't have super smooth skin and I do have pores they aren't super noticeable but I have somewhat noticeable pores, lets just say my skin is not perfect. This emphasizes my pores, it looks really cakey, it has a funky smell to it and this product is not for me. Yes it blends easily only if your skin is smooth. This would crease in any dry areas and fine lines. So I don't recommend this if you have dry skin. The other thing I find weird is that they emphasize a lot on the tip of the product, which is obviously going to die down when you use it for awhile. It won't always have that point like when you first buy it. But they say that the tip is for more precise areas and the side is for a larger canvas. I just overall don't recommend this to anyone with dry skin and also it feels heavy on the skin and you definitely can tell it has a silicone type feeling to it. Plus all of the shades were on the yellow side and I just couldn't find the right shade after many trial and errors. Not a fan of this!

L'oreal Paris True Match Super Blendable Concealer:
So this product is AMAZING! This retails anywhere from 7.99 to 10.00. Also can be found at any local drugstores as well as places like Target. This is a liquid formula and it has a brush applicator. This comes in 6 different shades and it blends perfectly! Plus this product goes a long way, when you see at the store you might think that it is small and that you are paying a lot for nothing when actually a little of this goes a long way. Although this did last me about a month maybe a month in a half a repurchased it over and over until I told myself I needed to try new things LOL. But it doesn't crease or look cakey. It literally looks airbrushed and it matches my skin perfectly. Words cannot tell you how much I LOVE this product. If you are in need of a new concealer try this!!

Wet'n'Wild Coverall Concealer Stick:
So the reason I picked this up was because MakeupbyTiffanyD said that for the price it was really good. So I was like what the heck I will give it a try. I did and I HATE it. This is very sticky and it is so hard to blend. It only comes in 3 shades and it retails for 1.99. I mean I didn't expect it to be phenomenal but I thought it would at least be decent. I am not too upset because I mean it was only 2 bucks. But I don't like it at all and it has all the same problems like the crayon concealer did. The lightest shade is too pink for me, it won't cover up any redness and it really tugs at my skin. Now I have drier skin on some ares but an oilier T-Zone but I just don't care for this at all.

L'oreal Paris True Match Naturale Mineral Concealer:

This product is okay but for the price I really don't like it at all. This retails anywhere from 9.99 to 10.48 and is actually becoming harder to find. At my Target I can still find it and also at Walgreens. This has very light coverage and comes in 5 shades. This is from their mineral line as you can tell by the picture but in my opinion it's not worth 10 bucks! This is not buildable at all and the packaging is very bulky. I just feel like it won't cover really any redness and if it does, you can still see the slightest bit of pink to the area. Not a huge fan because of the price and packaging.

That is all for my Concealer Review if you would like please check out my video: (will be linked here once uploaded) Please don't forget to subscribe and thank you guys so much for my support. Love ya <3

You guys are so amazing.

First off I wanted to let everyone know that I contacted Tiffany from Performance Colors and she decided to send me some samples to review for you guys. So thank you so much Tiffany!! All of her links will be linked at the end of this post!! :) Enjoy

So the first product I wanted to talk about is the Eyeliner Pencil by Performance Colors
The color that she sent me is in Electric Blueberry. I really love this eyeliner, it claims that it goes on soft and dries to smudge-proof, fade-proof and all day wear. This I have also found is water proof! I applied this to my lower lash line and I was tearing up that day from laughing so much and it didn't move! It stays in place and I love that. She has a lot of more colors available on her shop which will be linked at the bottom of this post!
Here is the color swatched it isn't a bright blue but more like a navy which I really like!! It goes on very smooth and I really like it a lot! You can get this on her shop (again link is at the bottom) and it retails for 6.50 and you get 1.6 grams of product!

The next product I wanted to tell you guys about that I was very shocked to receive and that is the Shadow Magnet. This is an eyeshadow primer! This is described as sheer primer for under shadows, won't smudge or budge. This is completely true and it is so light weight. Also let me just mention how sweet it smells! YUM
This is so creamy and soft and smooth I love it and it as literally replaced my Urban Decay Primer Potion!
These are just sample sizes that she sent. The full size is 2.8 ml and it only costs 5.00 and for me im saving fifteen bucks because I used to purchase the Primer Potion.

Next is the Lip Repair:
This says that it won't separate with seasons changes and you can use this alone or under a lipstick. I really like this, it is extremely light weight I can't feel it on my lips at all but it just makes my lips sooooo smooth!
Again this is just a sample size, for the full size you get 5 ml. It retails for 5.00, so it is very affordable! I really do enjoy this.

Next are the the Shimmer Sticks:
These are just cream eyeshadows and the texture of this are comparable to Maybelline Color Tattoos. I absolutely love these! I was thinking about doing a tutorial with these so please let me know in the comments if you would be interested!
Directions: For awesome sparkle and shimmer looks apply to upper lids. They are beautiful and shimmering!! They don't crease either and these are also waterproof!
She has many other colors on her shop but these are the 3 she sent me. Oilslick, Plum Fairies and Babycakes. My favorites are Babycakes and Oilslick.
Swatches from left to right: Oilslick - which is a really pretty deep teal blue (reminds me of a peacock!) Babycakes is in the middle and it is a light pink, rose gold shade with hints of shimmer, this a dupe for Maybelline's Color Tattoo in Inked in Pink. The final one is Plum Fairies - which is a deep plum shade.
These retail for 5.00 and you get 2.8 ml.

Restorative Lip Color:
I was so excited to try these and I can't wait to repurchase these!!! The description for these are that they feel like a balm but look like a lipstick and that is exactly the truth!
The 3 colors she sent me are Bubble Gum - a light but bright pink. Cool Pink - which is a purple based pink and Coral Pink - which is a bright coral pink more on the peach side.
Swatches from left to right: Cool Pink,Coral Pink and Bubble Gum. These are so pigmented! I love them and these are totally my colors!! ;) These retail for 5.00 and you get 5 ml of product.

Matte Cream Lipsticks:
-Hydrating Matte Cream Formula, feels great on your lips, dewey movie star look and super saturated color. Again the claims are completely true. If you were to use like a matte finish by MAC they dry out your lips sooo bad but these don't at all!!! They are very very hydrating.
I officialy LOVE matte lipsticks now, even though the only one I ever wore before was MAC Candy Yum Yum.
The colors she sent me are Buff, Petal and Juicy.
Swatches from left to right: Petal which is a really pretty light pink. Buff - which is a pretty natural color and the last one Juicy - which is a pretty coral color. They are very pigmented and very build-able.

So that is it for my review and swatches. I will be having a MAC Dupes video coming up within a couple of days! It will feature these lipsticks and they are 15.00 cheaper, I think I would opt for these, plus she has even more beautiful colors on her shop.

Sweetheart VoxBox 2013 Influenster - Secret Clinical Strength Stress Response Deodorant Review

I have been trying this product out and I absolutely love it all but the price! 10.00 is a lot for a deodorant! (personal opinion) It's very creamy and moisturizing and I love the citrus scent! It glides on and there is no dry time which is great too! Now personally I don't sweat a lot but I still find that some deodorants just don't do the job. But this one is great. I have been trying this out now for a month or so and I LOVE IT!

I don't particularly have much to say about this product besides the fact that its great and INFLUENSTER sent me it, but I promise that this is completely honest!!

Pros:
Smells great
works great
moisturizes
lasts all day
dries instantly

CONS:
just the price - 10.00 WOW (but hey you only replace it once a month)

Sweetheart VoxBox 2013 - Olay Fresh Effects Va-Va-Vivid! Review

So to start this review off I'm going to tell you how excited I was about this product! I opened up my box from Influenster and there it was, I thought it was the coolest most awesomest thing ever, (if that is even a word, hehe.) I was so excited you have no idea and literally words can't describe it. Now I don't know about you but I love trying to new face products, absolutely love new face products (well honestly anything new! but you know ;D) so yeah.

I opened it up and placed it in my shower. So excited and ecstatic to try it out and got ready for my nice shower. Before I got in the shower I cleansed my face with my Spa Products and here is the Review Video for those! Absolutely love those products!

Anyway got in the shower and tried it and didn't think much of it. So for about the past month I've been trying out this product. So far I don't notice it doing anything to my skin. :( DARN IT! Now the contour brush claims that it is supposed to (I'm about to go all commercial on you guys! haha) be 400% better clean vs. basic cleaning and the contoured power brush says that it deep cleans in and around your T-zone, hairline and nose.

Now yes it does get in my hairline well and yes I can clean the sides of my nose better, but no I can't even tell if it's cleaning my face better than my basic cleanse that I do.

As far as the Shine Shine Go Away Cleanser, I'm just as oily as before not really any less and the smell is soapy and I feel as if it drys my cheeks out, which is not good plus the color is a light yucky gray shade, YUCK! In my opinion I prefer my Clean & Clear Shine Eraser Cream Cleanser, it works great and my shine eraser treatment! They work amazing!!

So to sum it all up for you guys here are the facts ;D

PROS:
Does clean your hairline without tangling your hair!
Cleans the sides of my nose great!

CONS:
Not really noticing a difference in my skin.
Still is shiny and oily.
Drys out my cheeks
Weird Soapy Scent
Yucky gray color!

As you guys know I will be doing a video for this very soon in the future so the link will be added later!

Sweetheart VoxBox 2013 - Not Your Mother's Beach Babe Dead Sea Salt REVIEW

So a few months ago, I received the Sweetheart VoxBox and one of the items that was included was this product. I was so excited to try this out when I saw it! But unfortunately it was a disappointing product. First to start this off properly I will tell you about my hair, it is mid length, very thick and naturally wavey but nothing to extreme, it has very dry ends and it used to be horrible to curl, but now with the proper tools I can curl it finally! LOL anyway, I tried this on first day hair meaning the night before I washed my hair and went to bed with it wet and woke up and styled it! It did nothing but make it look wet. So I then tried it on 2nd day hair meaning not washing it the night before and it did nothing again! I was so dissapointed :( I then decided that I would apply it in wet hair and then blow dry it with a diffuser for curls. It did nothing again, but that time it made my hair crunchy :(

So overall here are the pros and cons of this product:

PROS:
Smells delicious!! - like yummy coconut which I personally love! :)

CONS:
Doesn't do anything to my hair!

So what I'm using it for now is literally perfume for my hair! lol or ill spray it on my body just because it smells so good! But I know its not supposed to be used that way but I was going to give it away to my friend and she ended up telling me that she tried it and it didn't work for her either. To take note her hair is thin, naturally straight and very soft and smooth and super easy to curl! :) Hope this review was helpful and maybe go start you an awesome profile on INFLUENSTER. :)
