The Good and The Bad Nail Art

Hey guys, a while ago I started doing a series specifically for nail art products on the market! The good and the bad nail art series! This is my second post about I will link you to the first one right HERE. In that post I covered a lot of different brands of nail art stripers! So if you would like to know my thoughts on several brands of nail stripers, then check it out. I will be uploading a video for this tonight so be sure to check out my YouTube channel and subscribe for an upcoming GIVEAWAY! CLICK HERE for the video!

Alright now let's go ahead and get into the reviews:

These are the Sally Hansen Salon Effects. So these I don't care for, they never seemed to stick to my nails and they dry out very easily. You can't just use one of the strips because the rest will all dry out and you can't let them sit around for a month because mine dried out. The butterfly one and the leopard print one, I didn't even open, when I went to try them they were all dried out. I was very disappointed because of that. These retail for 9.99 and you can get these practically anywhere.
The things that come in this little kit are instructions, a nail file, small orange stick and two packs of the nail polish strips. Again these retail for $9.99 and you can get these anywhere.

Now these are the Kiss Nail Dress Stickers. They have many different styles and I really do like these! Now what I am showing you is actually some samples but I have used these before and they work great. They stick to my nail perfectly and very cute! They don't dry out and if you only want to use one you can! These retail for $6.99 and you can get these at local drugstores. I really recommend these for anyone.

Now this is the Konad Stamping Nail Art. Now this I am on the fence about I like everything but the fact that they tell you that you need the special polishes. You don't need the special polishes, you can really use any polish if you'd like. I have found that Revlon works well and so does OPI even China Glaze. But another thing I don't like is that everything is separate. You have to buy the plates separate and all of that. I have found these cheaper online. Shany Cosmetics is one of them and really if you just google there are a lot of different company's that are much more inexpensive.
Some of the colors that I have are white, mint green and lilac. These polishes retail for about 6.00 each.
I also have a blue and a pink. These brushes in the bottle are very short and these polishes are only meant to be used on the stamping plates, you can't use these to paint your nails with.
I also have yellow and a burnt orange color. They are pigmented and they do work but they aren't worth it.
These are the stamping plates, they aren't very big and the designs are very cute.

Now this is the stamper you can buy, it has a small side and a larger side. Also you get a scraper and a plastic piece to hold your stamping plate.

Finally the last thing I wanted to talk about was:
The Red Carpet Manicure Nail Art Kits. I really really like these and these are such a great deal! These retail for $30.00 each but trust me they are completely worth it!
These come with 3 nail polishes, which alone retail for $10.00 each.
Now I have different kits, I have all of the ones that are permanent as well as the limited edition ones! I have white and gray chunky glitter and a fine black glitter.

I am showing you gold chunky glitter and the other two are mixed glitters, they have fine glitter and chunky glitter as well as iridescent glitter.
Again just some more glitter mixes that came in the sets. In each set it comes with 3 glitter mixes and these retail for about 2.00 each.
Then you might also get a rhinestone wheel and they can retail for $4.00.
In each set you also get sticker decals and a little cuticle pusher. Which is the little pink thing.
The last couple of items you get in the sets are a brush and a dotting tool! So that is everything I wanted to cover I will be uploading a video for this so please check out my channel and all of my links will be down below!

Review: Willow Tree Minerals!

First off to let you all know Laura was kind enough to send me a couple samples to try out and review for you guys!!! So thank you so much for the opportunity Laura!

She sent me 2 items to review a nail polish and an eyeshadow!

So to let you know a little but about the company and brand everything is natural!! Everything is healthy for your skin and nails as well, which is great!

The nail polish is is hypo-allergenic and non-toxic. Free of foul odors, toxic chemicals, formaldehyde, toluene and acetone! It does no damage to your nails or the environment. It is a water based formula and cruelty free!! Another cool fact is that the bottles to use are made out of recycled glass and since the polish is water based it can be disposed of and won't pollute landfills or the air!

Now as for the color she sent me I'm not exactly sure what the name of it is but the product is called Bug Me Not. You get .5 fl. Oz. which compared to an OPI your getting the same amount!

Now here is one coat of the polish applied to my nails:
Here is the second:
Here it is with a top coat: (I'm using color club clear coat)
This polish is very unique and dries matte! Which is awesome. (To me anyway!! )

Now here is the eyeshadow which is called Cinnamon Silk Shadow, again I'm not sure the name of the color but it is beautiful!!
I'm also not sure how much of the product you get and if this is just a sample size she provided me for reviewing purposes.  Here it is just swatched on my hand!!
I absolutely love the green iridescence it has to it! I love applying it to a white base to make the green pop!

So those are the two products! I will be doing a review video as well! To go in depth a little more! I hope you enjoyed this post and be on the look out for the update post for the video!
